\"\"Glan studied Building Services Engineering at the National College, South Bank University and following experience in the design office of Haden Young in London, joined Mott Macdonald as the Design Manager for Building Services and his work subsequently took him to South Africa, Iran, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Singapore.<\/p>\n

Glan was invited to join Hiross in 1987 as Director of the Environmental Division and was responsible for the design co-ordination of all Flexible Space projects with Hiross for six years. During this time he developed their unique \u201cFantile Unit\u201d and worked with BSRIA to study fresh air distribution and Building Simulation to study energy consumption and CO2 emissions of the system compared with conventional overhead systems. In 1993 Advanced Ergonomic Technologies Ltd was incorporated in the UK and has since established it\u2019s own offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing and agents in several other countries.<\/p>\n

Glan has delivered papers and speeches in many countries over the years including CIBSE and ASHRAE conferences, Intelligent Building Conferences and more recently has been invited to speak on Sustainability and Energy Conservation.
\nGlan is now a Director of Camel Solar and using his knowledge and expertise he has gathered over the years he is helping to create more sustainable solutions using Camel Solar Thermal products. Glan is looking how to integrate the new products into building designs helping reduce the consumption of raw materials and reduce co2 emissions creating a more sustainable, green future.<\/p>\n
